Belle Santos (4th from the left) was recently honored as the 7th District Assembly Woman of the Year for 2011 at the California State Capitol. She is the daughter of Raphael G. and Ester Santos of Vallejo CA, Owners of Raphael Catering.

40th Wedding Anniversary - Elly & Norma Valle Celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary at the Embassy Suites last April 30th. Several friends and families graced the affair.
